Investment Objective
The Leadenhall UCITS ILS Fund Plc (the “Leadenhall UCITS Fund”) aims to provide investors with access to returns from the insurance and reinsurance markets through investments in CAT bonds, and other tradable insurance linked investments.
The Leadenhall UCITS Fund is an open ended investment company based in Dublin, Ireland and is authorised by the Central Bank as a UCITS pursuant to the UCITS Regulations Waystone is the Management Company and Waystone IM is the Distributor.
Leadenhall Capital Partners LLP (“ and the Investment Manager) is a London based AIFM, regulated by the FCA (Reference Number 486112 and by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (File Number 801 108327)
